Shipping
We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €198.
Up to this amount, the shipping costs are:
Austria: €15.00
Germany: €24.00
All other EU countries: €26.00
Shipping is usually done by post. If delivery to the address you specified is not possible, the item will be returned. Unfortunately, we have to charge for the associated costs.
Environmentally friendly shipping packaging
Our packaging is 100% recyclable and we try to avoid plastic in the packaging as much as possible and use paper and cardboard.
Shipping time
Goods that are in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours, whereby only working days count. Our shipping service provider DPD usually delivers in Austria within one working day, but not on Saturdays. To Germany it usually takes 2 working days, except Saturday. In individual cases, shipping can also take longer, especially at times when there is an increased volume of parcels such as around the Christmas holidays or if this is due to technical reasons. Unfortunately, it is not possible to guarantee a specific delivery time.
Return
The general conditions for the return of our products can be found on the corresponding information page "Right of withdrawal".
We will endeavor to process returns to your satisfaction. You can start the return yourself via the webshop. We will then process your return request. You can then print the RMA form yourself and send it with the goods.
Otherwise we ask you to fill out the sample form on the cancellation page and send it to us.
Please pack the goods properly, if possible in the original packaging.
Please wait until you have received the parcel stamp for the return by email from us. With the printed out parcel stamp, you can send your consignment to any post office, any post partner or DPD, depending on what was selected.
